A PASSION FOR THE PALOUSE
In 2012 a small group of friends and family joined forces to create a unique dining and drinking experience on the Palouse. Serving up American fare with Southern flair, Birch & Barley always has something special to offer. From menu staples like Cougar Lobster Mac & Cheese to our Shrimp & Crawfish Etouffee to our weekly specials, you will be challenged to decide on just one thing!
We also wanted to build a great beverage program and become a destination for friends and family to enjoy a drink. We offer 14 craft beer taps, 80 whiskey options, specialty and seasonal craft cocktail menu and a famous Bloody Mary bar that encourages you to get adventurous. We look forward to serving you!
